| Gentle Sleep Solutions Personal Package | Suitable for the majority of sleep problems. It provides full initial personal home consultation with four support sessions usually a combination of home or telephone. | £295.00 |
| Gentle Sleep Solutions Solo Package | Although a Solutions Personal Package is the most in depth approach there are occasions when a single home consultation with sleep plan is a possibility | £145.00 |
| Gentle Sleep Solutions Sibling/Twin Package | Each additional child requiring a sleep assessment and plan. This charge is applied to whichever service selected. | £75.00 |
| Gentle Sleep Solutions Telephone Package | The telephone package comprises an initial one hour consultation with two further follow up phone calls. The sessions are timetabled to suit the parent - including evenings and weekends. | £150.00 |
| Gentle Sleep Solutions Email Package | The email package comprises initial assessment with ongoing support by up to four sleep plan emails. This is suitable for parents living outside the UK or unable to use other sleep packages. | £150.00 |
